 冷凝泵用于火力發(fā)電廠輸送冷凝水及其它類似于冷凝水的其它液體。本泵有較好的吸入性能。個(gè)別型泵可輸送120℃以內(nèi)的液體，其它泵輸送液體溫度不能超過(guò)80℃。個(gè)別型泵分別在填料函體和填料壓蓋處通人冷卻水后可做疏水泵用。

冷凝泵是利用低溫表面冷凝氣體的真空泵，又稱冷凝泵。冷凝泵是獲得清潔真空的極限壓力最低、抽氣速率最大的真空泵，廣泛應(yīng)用于半導(dǎo)體和集成電路的研究和生產(chǎn)，以及分子束研究、真空鍍膜設(shè)備、真空表面分析儀器、離子注入機(jī)和空間模擬裝置等方面。因其潔凈無(wú)污染、效率高、抽速大、高可靠性等突出優(yōu)勢(shì)，被廣泛的應(yīng)用于科學(xué)研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室、乃至工業(yè)生產(chǎn)等眾多領(lǐng)域，如半導(dǎo)體材料制作、平板顯示器生產(chǎn)/測(cè)試設(shè)備、太陽(yáng)能制造業(yè)、真空鍍膜、熱真空系統(tǒng)等。

100N130和150N110型可輸送120℃以內(nèi)的液體，但其他泵輸送液溫不能超過(guò)80℃。

冷凝泵揚(yáng)程范圍：38—135 m

3N6X2和4N6A的含義
3、4—吸入管直徑（in）；
N——臥式懸臂冷凝水泵；
6——設(shè)計(jì)單級(jí)揚(yáng)程被10除后取整數(shù)，即單級(jí)揚(yáng)程為60米左右；
2——級(jí)數(shù)，表示該泵有兩級(jí)；
A——葉輪經(jīng)過(guò)切割（外徑減小）。
